CT Scanning ΓÇô Adrenal Carcinoma
Adrenal carcinomas are usually large (>6cm diameter), irregular or lobulated and may show local infiltration or metastatic deposits. In ACTH-dependent Cushing's syndrome, bilateral adrenal hyperplasia is seen, sometimes with nodules present.
